Why to advertise on the BES (I) website http://www.besindia.com ?

Broadcast Engineering Society (India) [BES (I)] has over 2000 members spread across the country. About 30 firms are also its corporate members.

The Society’s website (http://www.besindia.com) has information about the activities of the Society, how to become member of the Society, articles/ papers/ presentations made by experts in seminars & conferences conducted by the Society, Society’s publications, future & past events organised by the Society, list of members of the Society etc. Members can update their own personal data on the website. The site is updated regularly.

BES (I) members visit this website regularly for accessing technical resources. At present, over 50 members are accessing the website daily. This number is increasing day-by-day and as such this website provides an excellent opportunity to the firms dealing in the field of broadcast equipment supply, consultancy and execution to advertise their products and services at a very nominal charge.
 
   
2. What are the advertisement options and at what rates?
The following 3 advertisement options are available as shown:
 
 
 
  Option 1 :
  • This is an ad space just below the main menu bar.
  • This ad appears at all the pages of the website.
  • Ad of only one firm/organisation is provided in this space for a month.
  • The ad has a hyperlink to the website of that firm/organisation.
  • The ad is booked on monthly basis at a nominal charge of Rs 2,000.
 
Option 2 :
  • This ad space is also just below the main menu bar.
  • This ad also appears at all the pages of the website.
  • Ads of maximum 10 firms/organisations are provided in this space. Each of these ads appears for about 10 seconds one after the other.
  • Each ad has a hyperlink to the website of that firm/organisation.
  • The ad is booked on monthly basis at a nominal charge of Rs. 50
  
  Option 3 :
  • This is a sponsored link accessible from the ‘Links’ button with name of the firm/organisation having hyperlink to the website of that firm/organisation.
  • The ad is booked on yearly basis at a nominal charge of Rs. 1,000.

How to pay?

  • Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer, cheque or demand draft drawn in favour of BROADCAST ENGINEERING SOCIETY ((INDIA) payable at NEW DELHI.
  • Foreign companies are required to pay by telegraphic transfer to A/c No. SB-10048 of Broadcast Engineering Society (India) with Corporation Bank, CGO Complex, Lodi Road, New Delhi- 110 003 under intimation to the Executive Officer or the Chairman BES Website Management Committee.Our Swift Number is CORPINBB606.
  • Indian companies are required to pay by cheque or demand draft only.
  
5. Terms and Conditions?
  • The ads shall confirm to the All India Radio’s advertising code.
  • For options 1 & 2, the interested firms will have to supply the softcopy of the ads in proper size along with the payment.
  • The bookings are on first-cum-first-served basis.
  • The bookings once made can’t be cancelled.
  • All payments are to be made in advance.
  • The Society has the rights to revise the rates at any time.
